2016 IN REVIEW

Good Afternoon!! Here's a look back at my 2016. 

One of the biggest BLESSINGS for this year was obviously this

little guy RIVER being born on August 2nd. 

One of the other highs was seeing my cousin Amy get married back in July.

I’m back!!!

Hey!! I know it's been a while since I've posted here on the blog. I was getting into a rut. I didn't know what to share, if I should share... Well I've had a few months just to live and well...

Here's what's been happening!

LETTIN' THE GOOD TIMES ROLL....

I told you way back in August that my nephew River  was born on August 2nd. 

Here's a four month update on the little man and how he's been doing since he was born. 

He's done pretty well, except that right before the Thanksgiving holiday he got really ill and was hospitalized for a virus and pneumonia and RSV. He was in the hospital for about nine days....

On the bright side...he's a chunky monkey...he loves to eat and is just a delightful little guy

On December 11, my friend Brittni hosted an"Ugly Christmas Sweater" party at her home.  

My "Rudolph" sweater is from Nordstroms (2015). I loved that it lit up!!!

My GIRLS!!!! 

My friend Ryan invited us to watch the Texas Tech Red Raiders Men's Basketball game!!!

What's Going On Lately...

What’s Going on Lately....

Good Morning!!! It's been a couple of days... Here's what has been going on lately! 

Not a whole lot has happened, but...

If you've missed it...My sister welcomed her first child on August 2nd. This little guy has his FIRST doctor's appointment today!! 

So far, this week has been pretty uneventful...

Earlier this week I was doing the stair master...

Last night, my bible study had a pool party!! 

I wish I would've taken more pictures, but here's my new friend Kara in the pool with our friend Danielle's dog. #forgothername

Weekend Recap

Here's my Weekend Recap!!!

This weekend was a little crazy, but in the best way possible!! Late Saturday afternoon my sister was released from the hospital. 

Then, on Sunday, I went to church with my favorite people....from my bible study, and then yesterday evening we (my bible study group) got together for some burgers and chocolate cake!!

Life Lately

This post is quite different than any other posts I've done...I'm letting you in deeper into my personal life...

Life lately around here has been quite busy...

My grandmother has been in the hospital and then she was in a local rehab facility...She's finally home, but still needs to be taken care of. 

Last night, I took Brittni some dinner, because unfortunately she was walking her dog and another dog (a pitbull) attacked her. She can't be on her knee for 3 months after surgery. #prayforBrittni #prayforspeedyrecovery

I've also had my usual work, working out, and #myabsolutefavorite bible study!!!! 

Next week, I have my cousins wedding!

In My World Right Now

In my world right now... 

I've been hanging out with these wonderful ladies!! I met these girls through my bible study!! Brittni, Lauren, and Kaitlyn...

These ladies are so fun, sweet, and a little bit crazy ;). 

When we hang out...We hang out with the rest of our peeps  from our bible study...we go out to eat...go to the park and fly kites?! #yeswereallydothat #once...watch sports... watch Bachelor/Bachelorette...all kinds of fun!!! 

This weekend...I'm going to be doing a little walk/run w/Brittni and a fella from our group!!! 

That's it...Such a short post, but anyway, tomorrow is Friday Favorites

Last week on Wednesday I got to spend time with this gal.

Celeste and I went to eat at Twisted Root and my bible study. 

 A look inside my purse. I have my wallet, cosmetic bag/Victoria Secret,,some wet ones, Pain Reliever, sunglass case, some Tide stain remover, and my sunglasses…

I also went to Bath & Body and got some of this Autumn Day lotion!
