Favorite Holiday Movies:Christmas Edition

Tuesday, December 10, 2019 / No comments

This time of year is truly one of my favorites because not only is it the season of giving, but it’s the time of year that I love cozying up with either coffee or hot coco and watching a great Christmas flick!! I thought I’d share some of my favorite Christmas movies with all of you!! Some will be classic and some will be happy Hallmark movies!!

One of my all time favorite movies is The Christmas Shoes. Kimberly Williams and Rob Lowe are in this movie.

Christmas Getaway

I love watching Hallmark movies ALL YEAR long, and this one I watched a couple of days ago for the first time and it's gone on my list of favorites!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one!! It's about a travel writer who ends up at the same rental as a man and his daughter.

Another favorite from the Hallmark Channel Christmas lineup that I love is Christmas Cookies!!

Christmas Cookies has Jill Wagner and Wes Brown. An Executive goes to Cookie Jar, a town where Aunt Sally's cookies are made. When Hannah has to meet Jake it's not as simple of an assignment.

My FAVORITE CLASSIC CHRISTMAS MOVIE OF ALL TIME IS.....

Above I mentioned movies that I love, but I'm sure you're wondering what would be at the top of my list though...If I could just pick ONE.....

it would be none other than HOME ALONE!!!

My other classic Christmas favorites are:

Santa Claus

The Holiday
Christmas With the Kranks
ELF
The Family Stone

Also worth mentioning:

12 Men of Christmas

Under the Mistletoe
The Christmas Card
Dear Santa

Those are some of my most favorites and each time around Christmas, I watch them over and over again!!

I’m back!!!

Hey!! I know it's been a while since I've posted here on the blog. I was getting into a rut. I didn't know what to share, if I should share... Well I've had a few months just to live and well...

Here's what's been happening!

LETTIN' THE GOOD TIMES ROLL....

I told you way back in August that my nephew River  was born on August 2nd.

Here's a four month update on the little man and how he's been doing since he was born.

He's done pretty well, except that right before the Thanksgiving holiday he got really ill and was hospitalized for a virus and pneumonia and RSV. He was in the hospital for about nine days....

On the bright side...he's a chunky monkey...he loves to eat and is just a delightful little guy

On December 11, my friend Brittni hosted an"Ugly Christmas Sweater" party at her home.

My "Rudolph" sweater is from Nordstroms (2015). I loved that it lit up!!!

My GIRLS!!!!

My friend Ryan invited us to watch the Texas Tech Red Raiders Men's Basketball game!!!

Good Morning!! I hope you had a great weekend!

Here's to another week!!

On a cold, winter day there's nothing I love more than putting on a great pair of jeans, boots and a cute top and adding some jewelry or scarf!!

These tops are from Riff Raff. Just go to Shop Riff Raff and click on Holiday Collection!

I'm usually not a UGLY Christmas sweater kinda girl, but thanks to Nordstroms I've found some that I'd purchase and maybe even wear!!

These are soooo CUTE!! :) Putting on a pair of leggings or jeans and putting on one of these would be so warm and cozy… There are several others you can choose from if you go to Nordstroms website!!

So, if you're needing a cute top or a "ugly Christmas Sweater" to add to your holiday wardrobe this season here are some suggestions!
