Two in One Post: Bachelorette Party and My Fitness Routine

Hello Monday (Tuesday) and Everyone!! This past weekend was so fun!! I celebrated my sister's bachelorette party!!
Our family friend Megan ordered a very cute chocolate cake from this bakery:
We stayed at the AT & T Hotel and Conference right by the University of Texas! It was a great hotel!! Inside the hotel there was this small boutique where I purchased this:

We also went to a local place in Austin called Hula Hut. It's on the lake!
We also went to a piano bar on 6th street. All I better say about that!!
It was a very relaxing trip no real crazy antics…just having some girl time!
Okay now for my FITNESS ROUTINE!!
As I've said before I've been getting in shape for my sisters and brother's weddings!! I started back in mid to late April and have been going to the gym and then working out with a co-worker of my moms' and her son!
The first thing they had me do was RUN! If you know me I do not like running, but it's getting easier! Anyway they would have me run, run stairs and do sets of 3…Then…
Squats
lunges
jumping jacks
sit ups
THAT WAS THE EASY PART!
Now on to Phase 2 of my BridesMaid Bootcamp (That is what I will call it starting now!!)
I go to the gym in the morning and get on the bike and do intervals on a manual setting. I go FAST and then slow down(rest) and go fast and repeat. I do this for 15 minutes and then I get on the arch trainer for about 30-40 minutes.
In this phase 2 I've been running at the track on Tuesday and Thursday and
After I finish running we will do some type of ab workout that will include
Sit ups
Suitcase sit ups( Lay down on your back…as your coming up, come up with your legs too.(pull your legs in)
push ups
jumping jacks
tricep dips
squats
Three times a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I will do this workout!
Squats
T-push ups
dumbbell roll
jumping lunges
Sideway lunge and rotate
I use 8 pound weight in one hand and I put the other one arm behind my back and I squat down and come up with the weigh eye level and do it again for 30 seconds and then switch to the other arm.
Mountain climbers
I also do a few more exercises for a total of 10 and I do it 3X!
